Justine was a fantastic agent to work with throughout the entire homebuying process. She was an excellent resource for my husband and me as we were relocating from another state. Justine was able to help us narrow down our neighborhood search based on our wish list and budget, and most importantly, a neighborhood we would be happy living in. I can't even count the number of places she toured with us, and not once did she pressure us to make a decision. She was professional and positive from the first place we saw until the very last. As a first time homebuyer I had zero knowledge about the whole process but Justine explained everything to me in a manner that I would easily understand. She is about an hour away from where I’m staying but whenever I tell her about a property that I’m interested at, she’s always availble to accompany me for viewing and gave me some good insights about the location. She was a very good advocate and her negotiation skills are top notch. I had to compete against multiple bidders but she guided me throughout those stressfull process and gave me sound advice on how to approach it. It also helped that she made very good relationship with the seller’s agent too which made the communication between me and the seller’s team smooth. Overall, I would say that it was a very pleasant journey and I have leaned a lot all thanks to Justine’s help and I would highly recommend her if you want to buy or sell a property.
