According to a new article posted by ABC 7 Chicago, the Chicago market is the hottest it’s been since the Great Recession over 10 years.

Realtors said that upwards of a third of the market seems to be pre-sold in what is known as a private listing network. The key is for folks to tamp down their personal anxiety over market dynamics and wait for the best deal they can afford.
Not only do buyers need to act quickly and decisively when putting in their offers – they need the right agent to help get them access to properties not found on the market. The market is favoring sellers – but there are still plenty of opportunities to be found with buyers if you have the right agent.
