We have worked with Sam for the past 11 years. He was our realtor when we bought our first condo in Chicago and we subsequently trusted him to represent us in three other transactions. In our latest engagement together, he helped us sell our townhouse in Lincoln Park. We relocated to NC and the place needed some work pre and post offer. His team was there to help us all the way. When a contractor needed to access the property, they were there, when we needed a contact for someone to do a repair, they had the perfect contact. Being an out of town seller is complicated enough and prone to massive headaches. Sam and team were critical in removing a lot of those headaches from us.

Sam and his team (and the 3rd party folks he partners with) were amazing to work with. They were consistently encouraging and positive, even when we were nervous or hit roadblocks we didn't anticipate. There was extra communication and sensitivity as we were in the middle of divorcing, and the whole team understood and acted with utmost professionalism.
